I'm a User Experience Researcher with a background in Interior Design and Psychology. I find purpose in learning about and advocating for human needs as they relate to new technologies.
I'm currently on the Amazon Customer Service UX team focusing on the associate side of Amazon's digital customer service experience. In my free time I volunteer with U.S. Digital Response, providing research consulting for government/civic technology projects.
I live in Seattle, Washington with my pups Reggie and Izzy and my partner Keenan. Outside of work you can catch me dabbling in hobbies like block-printing, thrifting, and film photography.
